Documents & procedures

• Once I’’ secure written instructions from my Client to proceed, I’’ believe it is important that the "Client" has a clear understanding of the procedures of dealing with me evident hereunder. because I’’ know that time is of the essence. Performance model consists of the following:
• Sending case documents. The client contacts me via E-mail. There the Client should determine his case sufficiently and attach all attainable documents
• Case Study. When I’’ acquire a written go ahead instruction , it is important for me to thoroughly evaluate it. Criteria upon which my judgment is based includes, without limitation, the field of service, location (local, regional, international), and external expenses - if any - such as travel or consulting experts excluding legal professionals (i.e. doctors, engineers, auditors.) and any other related similar services.
• Dispatch of offer via email or any electronic mode depending on circumstances
• Receipt of the duly signed offer and Letter of appointment by Client
• Request for legal documents, including Power of Attorney
• Formerly the above mentioned is received, I’’ shall undertake the tasks with optimum professionalism and completely care of you and your case
• Cyclical reports shall be transmitted by me that allocates resent development in connection with designated task(s)
